Please contact us before your order ships and we will gladly cancel your order.
We're unable to offer refunds or replacements for buyer's remorse after your order ships, but please see below for more information on situations where an exchange may be appropriate.
Orders are fulfilled on an individual basis. Typical fulfillment time is 2-7 business days and another few days for shipping. Fulfillment can take a bit longer closer to Christmas time. You can always shoot us a message before placing an order and we can give you a more precise estimate.
For holiday shipping, orders must be placed before December 12.
We ship almost everywhere. Shipping is not included in the cost of the items, and will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs vary depending on your region. In the US, orders are shipped USPS First Class.
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. In most cases, shipping only takes a few days.
Placing an order with multiple items can save you money on shipping. For example, you can order three shirts and pay the same shipping cost as you would for one.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace it free of charge.
Unfortunately, we are not able to issue refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse.
If you order an incorrect size, or the size does not meet your expectations, please contact us and we can look into replacing it on a case-by-case basis. You'll need to cover shipping and any additional costs due to size differences (larger shirts may cost more than a small shirt, for example).
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for the above scenario.
